Our approach

We are working to improve accessibility across our website and services. If you encounter a barrier, email info@buonprimo.com with the page or feature involved and the assistance you need. We will work with you to provide the information or complete the task through an accessible method. You do not need to provide a medical diagnosis.

Our implementation target is WCAG 2.2 AA, supported by manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. This statement is not a claim of certification or complete compliance.

Electronic records and signatures

Where a document requires a signature, we provide the exact document before acceptance, an opportunity to decline, a way to download or retain it and a completed copy afterwards. Consent is linked to the version and signer role actually accepted.
