Who handles your information

Payment providers process card details through their own secure payment interfaces. Our ordinary support forms do not request full payment card credentials. We may hold transaction identifiers, payment status and limited payment-method details needed for receipts and refunds.
Business or personal financial information is not required for an ordinary retail purchase or a prepaid inquiry. If credit review requires more information, we will explain the request and provide a restricted collection process. Supplying a bank reference does not authorise debits, and a business application does not by itself authorise a personal credit report.
Sharing and service providers
We use providers for hosting, authentication, communications, payments, fulfillment, document signing and other functions needed to operate the service. They receive information appropriate to their work. We may share necessary information with professional advisers, regulators or other parties where required by law, to protect rights, or as part of a properly safeguarded business transaction.
An approved campus organiser sees the information needed to manage their own group and distribution. Other students do not receive unrestricted access to participant records. Business contacts and investors receive access only within the permissions of the account or case they are authorised to use.
We do not currently run advertising or analytics tools on this website. If an analytics or advertising provider is enabled in future, we will identify the relevant collection and choices in our cookie information and explain any applicable opt-out before it starts.
Choices and requests
You can review your privacy choices at any time and unsubscribe from marketing emails through the message link. An unsubscribe does not stop necessary order, safety, account-security or subscription notices. Making a purchase or sending an inquiry does not require consent to unrelated marketing.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, rights may include access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limiting certain sensitive-data uses and appealing a denied request. You or an authorised agent may contact us through the privacy request route. We may need proportionate verification before providing, changing or deleting sensitive records. We do not require a new account simply to submit a privacy request.
We explain a denial, any applicable exception and an available appeal route. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. We will respond within the applicable legal period. Privacy choices do not require a full Social Security number for routine verification.
Where supported, a recognised browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control is processed as the relevant advertising sale or sharing opt-out. It is not interpreted as a request to delete your account, cancel a membership or block essential checkout functions.
Retention and security
We keep information for the purposes described above and for applicable transaction, tax, security, dispute, signature and recordkeeping obligations. The retention period depends on the category and legal requirement. Account deletion does not require destruction of records we must retain, but those retained records are restricted to the continuing purpose and removed when no longer needed.
We use appropriate administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident requires notification, we will follow the applicable notification process. Confidential applications, financial information and signed documents are kept in restricted storage, not in public media or ordinary marketing systems.
Children and young people
The paid and commercial programs are intended for adults who can enter the relevant agreement. We do not invite children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information. If we learn that a child has provided information in a way that is not permitted, we will address it and delete or restrict it as required. Contact us if you believe this has happened.
An adult-program policy does not remove protections for visitors under 18. When we know a visitor is a minor or a service is directed to minors, we apply the required restrictions to nonessential processing and advertising. We do not collect identity documents from every visitor merely to support an age declaration.
Locations and changes
The service is operated from the United States. Providers may process information in other locations. Where a jurisdiction requires additional safeguards or a specific privacy notice, those will be put in place before the relevant expansion. A proposed U.S. and Canadian brand licence does not mean Canadian ordering or marketing has launched.
We display the effective date of this notice and identify material changes as appropriate. A privacy notice explains processing; it is not a substitute for a distinct consent where one is required.
