Campus organiser and affiliate terms

Facchini Food Services LLC permits an approved participant to promote Buon Primo or coordinate approved campus orders within the role recorded in the program account.

Version 2 · Effective September 15, 2026 · Facchini Food Services LLC, 10 Times Square, 22nd Floor, New York, NY 10018

What changed: Added the explicit commission calculation base and refund-offset recovery method, and clarified the minimum age and legal-capacity requirement for participants.

Appointment and authority

Participation does not confer ownership, a franchise, an exclusive territory or authority to bind the company, approve credit or change prices. A role label alone does not determine employment, tax or agency status.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate payment and tax information when lawfully required, and obtain any university, dormitory or property permission needed for the activity. Approval by Buon Primo is not approval by the school. Do not use a university logo or claim an official partnership without permission.

Group ordering and participant funds

A campus order requires at least 100 paid meals at $4.59 per pasta or risotto meal and $5.59 per lasagna meal, subject to the recipes and prices approved for that order. The organiser collects money from participants separately, keeps a clear collection record and pays Buon Primo once for the consolidated order. Buon Primo does not hold participant collections or move money between students.

Before collecting payment, the organiser must disclose the meal choices, participant total, group deadline, minimum, distribution arrangements and the agreed refund process if the group is cancelled or cannot proceed. Participant money should remain separately identifiable and must not be used for unrelated purposes while the order remains unfulfilled.

A participant paying the organiser has not paid Buon Primo directly. The group order is paid only when Buon Primo receives its own confirmed payment. For a refund on the consolidated purchase, Buon Primo normally refunds the original payer; the organiser must then allocate the refund to affected participants and record completion.

Receipt and distribution

The organiser checks quantities and visible condition, retains batch information where available and follows the package storage instructions. Distribute sealed products without relabeling ingredients, extending best-before dates or altering food. Record who collected the relevant meals and when, using only the data needed for distribution and a potential safety notice. Do not leave meals in overheated vehicles.

Report damaged stock, an apparent allergen mismatch or a safety complaint promptly and stop distributing affected products when instructed. Campus sales or food-service permits, tax obligations and storage arrangements must be checked for the particular activity.

Commissions

Commission is calculated on the eligible meal subtotal after applicable price, pack and coupon discounts, before applying any redeemed customer reward credit, adjusted for any eligible meal value that is later refunded. It excludes tax, shipping, membership charges and free bonus meals.

The recorded affiliate rate is 5% and the recorded campus ambassador rate is 10% on eligible orders. Only one commission applies to a qualifying order; the roles are not added together. Compensation comes from eligible meal sales, not from recruiting more participants. Participation does not guarantee earnings.

Commission becomes available after the approved 30-day period following confirmed delivery, with a $100 payout threshold applied to the net amount available after adjustments, subject to the recorded rule and required verification. The order and ledger show the role, eligible base, rule version and adjustments. A refund adjusts the related commission; if a commission was already paid, the adjustment is recovered through future commission offsets shown on your statement, not by a debit to your bank account or card.

Promotion standards

Use approved, accurate product statements and disclose a paid or rewarded relationship clearly next to the recommendation, for example: "I am a Buon Primo campus ambassador and may earn a commission on qualifying group orders." Do not make unsupported health, allergy, sustainability, earnings or university-endorsement claims, post fabricated reviews or offer compensation conditional on a positive review.

Use only contact details you are entitled to use for the stated purpose. Do not upload a student directory into a marketing list, collect passwords or card details, or send unsolicited bulk messages. Brand permission is limited to approved program activities and ends with the appointment.

Ending participation

Either party may end future participation by written notice. The company may suspend new activity immediately for a reasonable safety, fraud or security concern, with review and an explanation when appropriate. Ending participation does not erase legitimate accrued commissions, duties to distribute or refund existing orders, or obligations concerning confidential data.
