Membership and automatic renewal terms

Plans and billing

Annual billing is a single yearly charge, not a promise of monthly installments. Membership renews for the selected billing period unless you cancel renewal. The next charge date, price and cancellation route are displayed before you subscribe and in your account.

A free account does not become a paid membership unless you select a paid plan and expressly authorise recurring charges. Buying meals does not automatically subscribe you. The membership fee does not itself purchase meals or create automatic meal deliveries. Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to become a paid member.

Benefits

The checkout shows the choices available for the actual basket. Only one membership pack or shipping benefit applies per order. Bonus meals must be available and are shown separately at no additional meal charge. Multiple packs do not automatically multiply the number of benefits. An unavailable bonus choice is not silently replaced by another recipe.

Express shipping is never discounted. A VIP coupon cannot be combined with a membership pack or shipping benefit on the same order. Available reward credit may be used with either an eligible membership benefit or an eligible VIP coupon. Campus, wholesale and distributor orders do not receive these retail membership benefits or member reward earnings.

Reward credit

An active member earns 5% of eligible paid meal spending, adjusted for applicable discounts and refunds. Tax, shipping, membership fees and free meals do not earn meal reward credit. The exact eligible base is shown in the checkout and order record.

Credit is recorded for delivered eligible meals and becomes available 30 days after confirmed delivery. The available balance must reach $5 before redemption. Pending or held balances cannot be spent twice. A cancelled or refunded purchase reverses the related earnings fairly and transparently; partial deliveries and partial refunds affect only the relevant amount.

Reward credit is a promotional account benefit, not a bank account or a general-purpose payment instrument. It cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where law requires.

Cancelling renewal

You can cancel renewal at any time from the membership controls in your account. The cancellation confirmation identifies whether renewal is off and the date paid access ends. You do not need to call, explain your decision or accept a retention offer to cancel online. If account access fails, contact info@buonprimo.com and we will help process your request without unnecessary obstacles.

Cancel before the displayed renewal charge time to prevent the next scheduled charge. A request received before that time will not become a late request because a support queue or provider response is delayed. Cancellation of renewal normally leaves benefits active until the end of the paid period.

Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel renewal. Account deletion requests include a clear way to stop company-controlled recurring billing.

Reminders and changes

We provide the required subscription notices and a confirmation you can retain. Annual renewals receive advance notice with the upcoming amount, renewal date and direct cancellation route. You may decline marketing messages while still receiving essential subscription notices.

We will notify you before material changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove benefits already earned or reduce an already paid service without an appropriate remedy.

Payment problems and disputes

If renewal payment fails, your account will show the status and next step. We will not describe a failed payment as a confirmed renewal. We make only retries supported by the disclosed payment arrangement and applicable rules. Contact us about an incorrect charge; doing so does not waive rights with your payment provider.
