Using promotions

The order records the promotion and terms applied at the time of purchase.

VIP coupons are for verified active members. They do not stack with a membership pack or shipping benefit, but eligible reward credit may still be redeemed. Express shipping is never discounted. If a discount reduces the qualifying subtotal to $99 or less, the ordinary Ground charge applies unless an eligible membership Ground benefit separately applies.

Coupons have no cash value except where required by law. They cannot be used to create fictitious orders, self-referrals, duplicate redemptions or other abuse. We may correct an error or investigate misuse with a recorded explanation. We do not confiscate legitimate earned benefits merely because a member unsubscribes from marketing or submits a complaint.

Adjustments

Returned or cancelled items adjust the associated promotion and reward amounts under the terms accepted for that purchase. A restored balance is shown in the account history. A reward hold used during checkout is released if the payment fails or the checkout expires. An account balance is not itself evidence that cash has been paid out.

Marketing participation is voluntary. Reward credit for members is described in the Membership Terms and is separate from cash commissions owed to affiliates or campus ambassadors.

Reward credit after membership ends

Legitimately earned reward credit stays in your wallet without an expiration date after paid membership ends. Pending rewards linked to earlier qualifying purchases still become available on the usual schedule, 30 days after confirmed delivery; membership expiry does not cancel them.

Once your available balance reaches the $5 minimum, you can redeem it without rejoining as a paid member. New member reward earning and active-member pack or shipping benefits stop when paid access ends; they are not restored simply because a former member still holds credit.
